RDS

RDS Cartridge KitsK-Tech RDS (Rod displacement damping system) front fork cartridges are a complete replacement damping system designed to fit into original equipment front forks. Designed and manufactured in the UK using the highest grade materials and processes available. The RDS system uses a 14mm piston rod and 25mm control piston for a larger displacement of oil for improved damping performance, providing the rider a race level performance from their original equipment forks.

DDS

DDS Cartridge KitK-Tech DDS (Direct Damping System) front fork cartridges are a complete replacement damping system designed and manufactured in the UK for high end racing applications. The DDS cartridge is a pressurised damping system using 20mm displacing pistons to create a high flow of oil through the 31mm control valves to give precise damping control. The patent design eliminates cavitation making the system very stable under extreme conditions, the damping circuits are designed to work independently to improve the dynamics and response time. The system is pressurised by a spring force keeping it stable under all working temperatures.

KTR-4

The KTR-4 front forks use the patent championship-winning DDS (Direct Damping System) technology, which has been designed to compete at the highest levels of motorcycle racing. The DDS pressurised damping system uses 20mm displacing pistons to create a high flow of oil through the 32mm control valves to give precise damping control. The patent design eliminates cavitation making the system very stable under extreme conditions, the damping circuits are designed to work independently to improve the dynamics and response time. The system is pressurised by a spring force keeping it stable under all working temperatures. To fit these forks you need aftermarket clamps, handlebars, wheel spindle inserts etc. Used at the highest levels of racing including British Superbike and Isle of Man TT.
